At Rebecca Vallance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for full-priced items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is unworn to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact and undamaged.

  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
